Heron’s Reach is an absolute gem! So comfortable and relaxing that our 2 nights away felt like a week! Would definitely recommend - ideal for taking it easy in Budleigh Salterton or exploring further afield.

Fantastic stay at Dans Airbnb, would definitely stay again! Very clean, comfortable and spacious. Felt very at home in my stay there. The parking was a bonus, and tricky to get in Exeter! Only one minor thing to note, and not an issue from Dan at all, but being a ground floor flat the upstairs could be a bit noisy at times!

A compact studio containing all essentials for a short stay. I didn’t get to see much of the surrounding area as I was on a weekend course at Halsway Manor so wasn’t here on holiday. This studio suited my needs as it was within a 10 minute drive of Halsway Manor. I would certainly consider staying here again if I'm unable to book on-site accommodation for future courses at Halsway.

Such an enjoyable stay at Ali’s home. Immaculately presented and decorated extremely well. Was so peaceful. Wonderful beds and linen. Great kitchen which allowed us to cook for our family that we were visiting. Our dog loved it too Would love to come back again in the summer. Thank you Ali ❤️

what a fantastic apartment and super host! the apartment was spotless and so warm and cosy when we arrived, it's got everything you need and finished to an extremely high standard. The views over the estuary from the private outdoor area are stunning! Pauline was so helpful giving us recommendations for the local area, checking we were settled in and prior to our stay making a few alterations as my partner is allergic to feathers. The apartment is in a fantastic quiet location and only a 10 minute walk to the shops, pubs and restaurants. Thank you Pauline, we loved it! 🙂

Such an amazing place to stay with amazing views! Stayed the night before my wedding with my bridal party and then with my husband and it was incredibly special. It had everything we needed 😊

Very peaceful place, in a separated building with nice view on the sea. Great modern kitchen fully loaded (washing machine, dish washer, oven, micro-oven and many appliances). The double bed was fitted with heating mattress protector which was really appreciated during our visit in February. Would recommend to stay at Nicola's accommodation without hesitation.

We had an amazing long weekend at Allison's place. Check in instructions were easy and received early along with excellent ideas for parking. The flat was super clean and extremely well appointed but the highlight was the stunning views from the balcony across the town and harbour. We are regular visitors to Brixham and will be certain to stay again.

we had a fantastic stay at Tom's place this Christmas! the house was perfect with everything we could possibly need. walking distance from the beach and pub was fab. thankyou for a wonderful stay and the hamper which had been left for our arrival it was much appreciated.

We’ve just had the most fantastic stay at Sharon’s and I highly recommend a visit! The house is lovely, with everything you’d need. The location is outstanding with an awesome view! Peaceful, scenic and stunning - we didn’t want to leave. Sharon is a fab host and very easy to get hold of. I’d love to come back for a second trip!

Beautifully presented and spotlessly clean property with fabulous views. Ben and Lauren were very responsive and accommodating, allowing us an early checkin which was super! We didn't have a car so caught ferry from Barbican (£3 pp and only a 5min trip) so easy! Ventured back and forth to Barbican for cute pubs, restaurants and shops. Good to note there are no local shops near the property so bring food and necessities with you. We brought food in Barbican. Again, very easy. Property had great bbq and balcony to sit and enjoy the views. Well equipped kitchen and comfy beds. We had two dogs who loved the space, the dog treats (thank you!) and the dog bowls. We didn't want to leave :) Definitely recommend this property.

Angus was really helpful and proactive in ensuring our stay met our needs. He was really easy to contact in the build up and made sure he met us all on arrival.

We instantly felt at home here. The house has been done up lovely and it gives a calm and inviting feel to it. Everything was as described and we would definitely return.

I would highly recommend this property for larger groups. Great location, clean, spacious and modern. Communication was almost instantaneous and check in was via a box on site, so very easy! Car parking for at least 2 cars with on street parking for other within a minute or so walk, and having the Tesco nearby was convenient for fuel and anything else we needed during our stay. Would easily stay here again!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Marc's home, it's located in a very quiet cul-de-sac with very friendly neighbours. The upstairs of the house consists of 3 bedrooms and a bathroom (with walk-in shower) while the downstairs is a spacious open-plan area leading onto a huge decking area. There is also a useful downstairs WC which isn't shown in the listing. Everything was spotlessly clean. The kitchen has everything you need, even tea and coffee is provided (you'll find the toaster in one of the cupboards). There is a full size fridge/freezer; washing machine in utility cupboard. There is an out-building which we found really useful to store our 3 bikes and bikerack. The dryer can be found here but we just used the clothes line in the garden. There was a nice welcome box with wine, biscuits, sweets & butter. Just down the road is a great chippy called Fishionados. All in all, Marc's place really is a 'home from home' - thoroughly recommended.

Great apartment with a beautiful little garden overlooking the town. Lots of space for rainy days and evenings. Moira was very responsive and answered all my questions. Bonus to have a parking spot and very short walk into town, although steep but that wasn’t an issue for us. All in all a great place for our weekend away!

Just arrived home from a wonderful stay at Adie's apartment in Woolacombe. Everything was perfect right from Adie's communication before we arrived, the apartment, the location, the views and even the weather! The apartment was spotlessly clean and had everything you could need for your stay. Already talking about booking again for next year. Would definitely recommend Adie's place. Only one problem., can't give more than 5 stars!!

Really nice little spot right by the beach! Great views and a really peaceful area. Lisa was so lovely and really responsive to any messages. Great communication and clear instructions with check in and check out. Really accommodating for our dog as well and made his first holiday perfect! We couldn't have asked for more 🥰

We really enjoyed our stay here. Victoria was super helpful and it was easy to contact her asking recommendations during our stay. The apartment is in a super location, walking distance to the town centre, the hoe and the Barbican. There is a Tesco 2 minutes away. Lovely, homely flat, a real home from home. A warm first floor apartment with a lovely view across the valley. Very clean and comfortable.

Green Tor is a beautifully modern ground floor villa with wonderful views and nicely fitted out with everything you need. We had a great stay and would definitely recommend it to others.

What an amazing stay at Karen’s - the only grudge I have is I didn’t have more time :( Karen’s place is superb - the location, the house, the communication - everything was spot on. I had read previous reviews and was expecting a very good experience but this was so much beyond. The apartment is right on the doorstep to the beach. It is situated at easy walking distance to the town centre and the neighbourhood is very peaceful and quiet. The apartment itself is lovely - there’s load of space, the rooms are very vibrant and it is built and maintained to a very very high standard. I would certainly stay here again.

Sara’s home is in a beautiful location, no more than a 2 minute walk to the sea front and centrally located to the harbour. Sara was extremely helpful from the moment I booked through to checking out even checking in on my knowing it was my first time travelling alone
