Excellent stay and host with proximity to get out and enjoy Tempe and the surrounding area. Everything that was needed was there and as described. Tiko was fantastic to work with. Clear on communication and actively ensured everything was OK. Would definitely stay at another of his locations.

I had a great stay here! The location is perfect—walking distance to great restaurants, shops, and attractions in downtown. The space was spotless, stylish, and well-maintained, making it a cozy home away from home. As someone who needed to work, I really appreciated the desk, chair, and monitor, which made it easy to stay productive. The building itself was secure and had great amenities. Something to note: there is some street noise, which is typical for downtown, but it wasn’t excessive. I travel with earplugs and didn’t always need them here. It wasn’t disruptive for me, but it could be something to consider if you're a light sleeper. Overall, I recommend this place for its convenience and comfort. I’d definitely stay here again.

We had a great stay here! We came for NASCAR weekend and the location was perfect for the race! Took us a few spins around the place to find the unit but we were a bit tired from travel all morning. The place was big, spotless and had everything you need. The bathroom was huge! I would recommend if you are cooking to buy some oil/salt/pepper as there was none available but not a big deal! 10/10 !

Would def stay here again!! Nice area directly across from the mall. Walkable to Old Town. Easy to get a ride as well. The entire building is short term stays or Airbnb so the vibe was great. Nice pool area (not many chairs tho). Nice gym and common area. The apartment was outstanding! They thought of everything. and very clean. Maybe would add some pool towels and directions for the thermostat. Other than that it was perfect. Will be booking again!!

This condo is perfect for 2 people. It looked just like the listing. Small unit, but didn't feel small. Pool area was very nice. Not a lot nearby in the neighborhood, but very drivable to anywhere in the metro area. Covered parking is included, which is fantastic! Gina was very friendly and responsive.

This seemed to be a fairly new complex. Ideal location for us going back and forth to the Marriott Desert Ridge and Canyon Villas where family was staying. It was about a 2 minute car ride. Monica was always responsive to any questions asked. Everything was fresh and new.

Great stay. Would recommend and would stay here again. Lots of great restaurants within walking distance. The rooms and the gym were top notch. Miles better than a hotel.

My partner and I stayed here during two separate week-long trips to Arizona. Since the trips were so long, we wanted a place that would feel like a home and we found it with Tree House! The apartment is beautiful, clean, peaceful and has everything you need for normal daily life. On both trips, it was super easy to arrive, unpack, and then go about work/school and everything we needed to do. Really happy we found this place!

This place was perfect for our group of 4. Plenty of room, nice and clean, quiet neighborhood. It was so easy to get around. We went to the Phoenix Open and also to Sun City and it was so easy to jump on the 101 and get where we were going. Also close to Old Town Scottsdale. We would definitely stay here again.

This home was excellent. The host was extremely helpful, she went above and beyond to ensure we had a fun stay. The house was better than the pictures, it was bigger than I anticipated and the backyard was green and treelined. The rooms were very large and the beds were comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked. The community pool was huge with chairs to lounge in. The neighbourhood was beautiful. Highly recommend this home.

Great home! very clean and comfortable. My whole family oh 5 felt right at home. We loved the Pac-Man arcade and the board games. The beds were so comfortable. there are plenty of outlets next to the beds which adds convenience for charging all of our electronics . The whole neighborhood looks like what you see on TV. Its also convenientlt close to markets, restaurants and pharmacy. We stayed two nights on our way to Sedona from Phoenix. it's close enough to Phoenix to do thing downtown but far away enough to be away from the bustles a d hustle of the city. I it was also closer to Sedona which saved some time when we finally departed. Overall great place and highly recommend.

We had a great stay at Bob’s place in Tempe while visiting for some spring training baseball! Bob was very responsive and made sure we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. He even went the extra mile with a thoughtful touch that made us feel welcome. The house was clean, comfortable, and had a fantastic backyard that our two chihuahuas absolutely loved. It was spacious and securely fenced, giving them plenty of room to explore. Another big plus was the 240v charging station in the garage, which was super convenient for our plug-in hybrid. Overall, we really enjoyed our time here and wouldn’t hesitate to stay again. Highly recommend!

Everything was exactly as described. It was extremely well stocked from the kitchen to the bathrooms. The beds and linens were very comfortable and lots of pillows to choose from. Having a washer and dryer was great. We had fun playing the many games and there were easy instructions to work the tvs and internet. When we had questions Brian was very responsive even though he was out of the country. We would stay here again in the future!

My family stayed here after a road trip and finished it off at this location because of basketball stadium near by. Check in was a breeze, ac worked great, everything was described accurately. Overall, we had a great stay!

5 STAR! 5 STAR! 5 STAR! Place is gem. Very well kept and has all the amenities one can ask for. They were kind an very attentive to our needs. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this place. Thank you for being an amazing host.

Place was clean and nice inside. It was nice for my kids to each have their own room. We did not try the community pool out. Hosts were very responsive to my many questions. My only negative is that the garage is not very deep. My normal sized 4 door truck couldn't fit in it completely. That wouldn't have been a problem if outside parking was adequate. There are very few street parking spots, and they fill up fast.

Dana’s place was well furnished and well designed. The location was great and walkable. The bed was very comfortable. Dana was very responsive and helpful! I would highly recommend this place- and hope to stay here again next time I am in Scottsdale.

Our stay at here was amazing. We were close to everywhere we wanted to go, the place was perfect for us and it’s even nicer than the photos. The workout area was great and easy to find, it was right across the street from Tempe town lake and there’s a Press coffee shop right in the building so we would grab a drink and go for a walk. It was quiet and the people were friendly. I could go on and on. We would definitely stay here again!!

Mary was quick to respond to my questions. She even allowed one of my daughter's to park her vehicle there overnight prior to flying to Salem, Oregon.

Excellent location and only 10 mins walk to the JW Marriott for the conference I was attending. Really nice to come back to somewhere quiet and peaceful every day after 3-4 days of the event.

We had a great stay with Darcy! The rental unit is so clean and bright, we enjoyed staying at the condo complex. Darcy was very responsive and so helpful to make our stay easy and flexible. The unit had everything we needed with a fully stocked kitchen, bathrooms and comfortable bedrooms.

We had a fantastic stay at Robert's place! The accommodations were perfect—clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. We had full access to all the amenities at the resort, which made our stay even more enjoyable. Plus, the location couldn't have been better for us! It was just a short distance to the Wildfire Golf Course, which was a huge plus for any golf lovers. Highly recommend this spot for anyone looking to relax and enjoy the area!

Great location. We were there for a wedding at the Biltmore and it was just on the other side of the golf course. Gorgeous area. Lots to do within walking distance as well.
