Great home and location for a family wedding event that we were in town for in Xenia! We used all 3 bedrooms and bathrooms. Everything was as described and well taken care of. Carley was a very responsive host for a couple things we needed. There was ample room to move around and be comfortable and I would recommend this home as a great rental! Just a note: this home, as stated in the description, is pet friendly. If you are highly allergic to pets, just take that into consideration. We don't have pets, and by the third day, my husband's allergies that happen only when he is in homes with pets started acting up. I didn't even think about that when I made the reservation ... LOL! ... but now I will in future ABNB rentals. #oopsie :) It didn't bother me, but ... I don't have pet allergies ... :)

Girls Weekend Trip was a success! Several of my girlfriends & I came into town for an Alumni Weekend at our Alma Mater. Ms. Maria was a Phenomenal host from the time we reserved the home up through the time we departed. The home was very beautiful, and spacious enough for all of us to comfortably enjoy the weekend. We will definitely be booking with Maria again in the future!

This place was great for our family. There was plenty of room for our group. It was close to all the things we wanted to do. The beds were very comfortable with nice bedding. We liked the labeled kitchen cabinets. It made finding things and returning them easy. The coffee spot was wonderful, even included syrups to flavor. We really enjoyed the ambiance of the electric fireplace with temperature control. We made use of the games provided. If we come to this area again, we would check to see if this place is available before looking for other properties. Hosts very responsive.

This home was like stepping into a groovy time capsule—but with all the comforts of today! The spiral staircase is a showstopper, and the cute vintage wallpaper adds character to every room and ties together the retro vibe beautifully. We loved the large, open backyard. While it wasn’t fenced, our dogs stayed close and still had a blast exploring. A fenced yard would make it absolute perfection for pet owners! This place is a gem for anyone who loves mid-century charm, cozy touches, and plenty of space to relax. Highly recommend!

Such a fun place to stay! We used the sauna and the massage table and played games. I look forward to coming back when the weather is better to try out the patio and the hot tub. The area is very private and the house is super comfortable.

Quiet, spacious home near walking/cycling paths and Wright-Patterson AFB. Nice place to crash for 2 travelers in town to celebrate a friend’s retirement, just down the street. Looks exactly like the photos. Love the tranquil views from the windows facing the backyard.

Awesome place. Doesn’t feel like a cold Airbnb, but a warm, fun eclectic house that matches the yellow spring fun.

Deborah was an absolutely fabulous host! Her well-appointed home was also well-decorated and close to the university, the location of our tournament. Our daughter, who is an interior design enthusiast, kept remarking on the pink bathroom! Not only was Deborah's home comfortable, but she was quick to respond to any questions we had. We would highly recommend this home for any stay in the area and hope it is available for the next tournament.

We were in Dayton for an event. Troy was just a short drive and worth every minute! We were busy most of the time, but we were able to find a couple cute little local places. The candy store just a few block away was perfect! Also, tried the icecream shop. My teens were pretty happy which says a lot! The house was extremely clean, and in a safe area which put me at ease traveling as a parent with two kids. Plenty of space! It was more than we needed…great to cozy up on the couch and watch a movie at the end of the day. Washer and dryer were nice to have. Actually ended up being cheaper than a hotel for 2 nights. I don’t think we can go back to hotels after enjoying the luxury of a home away from home!!

What a fun place stay. Very creative setup and very comfortable. Warm and quiet. Had everything we needed. The couch was greatly appreciated after our trip. The bed was very comfortable too. Very roomy as well. Thank you again

Our plans may have gotten cancelled due to the weather, but Letrice’s place was a nice respite. Hot tub was lovely, and it was super sweet that she got us snacks that we liked. I would definitely stay at Letrice’s place again if we come back for the Ren Faire!

This airbnb was very comfortable and homey. Owners are very responsive and took care of needs. I will definitely stay there again!

This was our second time staying with Ashley and Emily and we really enjoy staying at their place. Their home has everything we need and want, especially the kitchen. We walked around the boulevard one evening and met some of the neighbors, petted their cats, and petted their dogs. Everyone was especially nice.

The host gave instructions on how to find the location, how to enter and for check out. They allowed us to walk the property and interact with their farm animals. They were very kind.

Very comfortable, clean, beautiful place! Well worth the price! We plan to return when visiting family again in the area! Thank you!
