I recently stayed at an apartment in Hanoi that was conveniently located near the city center, making it easy to explore the city's vibrant sights and attractions. The apartment itself was comfortable and well-maintained, with all the essentials for a pleasant stay. A highlight was definitely the rooftop terrace, which offered a great space to relax and enjoy the view over the city skyline, especially during sunset. The area was also fairly quiet considering its central location, making it a nice escape from the city's hustle and bustle. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a balance between accessibility and comfort in Hanoi!

Appartement vaste, très confortable, et calme compte tenu de son emplacement au centre-ville. Bien situé, cuisine bien équipée, bonne douche et eau chaude en quantité. Tra a été très disponible et gentil en messagerie lorsque j'avais des questions. Je retournerais volontiers à cet appartement !

Great stay. The pictures are a bit older than the current state of the apartment; however, it was clean and equipped with the essentials :) Location is a bit outside the city so if you like the calm it is a good place.

My wife and I stayed in this apartment for over a month. It is a very nice apartment and we were very comfortable. The apartment is large and well equipped. Bed is comfortable, good shower with lots of hot water. There is cleaning once per week included, and they have large bottles of water you can purchase. The host is friendly and helpful. Highly recommended!

Ми шукали це помешкання після того як попереднє житло виявилось обманом. Але залишились дуже задоволені так як все було чудово. Помешкання знаходиться біля озера тож вам завжди буде де гуляти. Також це в межах 5хв від урядового кварталу, тому безпека тут на високому рівні. Таммі завжди швидко відповідає та готова допомогти. Ми прожили тут місяць працюючи віддалено і нам немає на що нарікати. Дякуємо Таммі за гарне помешкання.

the place looks like in the picture. situated near to dong xuan market just 5 minutes walk, very convenien. especially for me as a Muslim traveler, the hotel is very near to halal restaurant.

My husband and I spent 5 wonderful weeks in Tra’s beautiful flat, and it was one of our favorite AirBnBs! The apartment was spacious, full of light and thoughtfully equipped with everything we needed—including a great AC system, super-comfy bed, tons of storage, and a washer/dryer that worked really well. Weekly cleaning with fresh linens felt like such a luxury and was super-efficient. The location was ideal: tucked just outside the busiest part of the Old Quarter, but still within easy walking distance of Hoan Kiem Lake, Truc Bach Lake, Train Street, and so much great food. We loved the mix of local restaurants and cafés on the street, including Vietnamese restaurants, a family-run café specializing in eel and a fantastic pizza place. A Circle K with snacks and toiletries was just steps away, and there was an ATM a few doors down. Communication with Tra was excellent—he always responded quickly and made sure we had everything we needed. We loved our stay and would absolutely return!

I recently moved into this newly built apartment, and I couldn’t be happier! Everything is brand new, modern, and thoughtfully designed. The finishes are sleek, the appliances are high-end, and the layout makes great use of the space. You can tell quality was a priority in the construction. Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a fresh start in a beautiful, modern home!

I booked the apartment for my family for Tet holiday. The place is spacious and nice. We would appreciate it more with more utensils and glasses for water. But the owner had prepared drinkable water for us which is very lovely. We enjoyed our stay there, even during quiet time of Tet, the surrounding was still very active with grocery shops open. No words to describe the fantastic apartment. Clean, confortable bed, super friendly staff. Daily house-keeping and change of fresh towels every day. Attention to details that made our stay a dream. Beautifully decorated, serene atmosphere. We are full time travelers, retired. We had been in a lot of Airbnb locations around the World. This is one of the best we ever stayed. Definitely, if looking for a place to stay in Hanoi, do not go any further, this should be your place to stay in Hanoi. This was definitely a great deal and a great stay overall. The apartment is located in a hidden side-street, so there's literally zero traffic noise, while you're in a super-central location. You're a few blocks away from the main lake, railways station or Train Street. There's tons of great restaurants, cafes and coworkings in the area. Very happy overall, would recommend for sure.

Looks like the photo. Quiet place with amenities needed for a longer stay. Bed is comfortable. It is not self check in but there was someone available. There are stairs entering the building so if you have mobility issues or a lot of luggage just be mindful. The person who helped check me in assisted with my luggage. The place can feel dark as the only window faces a building. It is outside of the Old Quarter but you can walk to the Old Quarter in 20 min or catch a $2 car grab.

First of all I stayed with my 4 year old daughter. Lien was a great host, she was very responsive when it comes to replying to all my messages as well as giving the instructions to meet the airport pick up and to get into the room. As other reviewers mentioned , yes indeed the noise was there after 7pm until 11 ish pm, it was quite loud luckily wasn't really bothered my daughter as she was able to sleep through the noise. I didn't expect much since I read the reviews before booking the place. It was exactly as other reviewers described , e.g. a few furniture isn't the same as the photo and because the photo was taken with wide camera angle so then it look bigger . We chose this unit , because we liked the area as it was closed to where I needed to be , and we only use the room to sleep in the night as we spent whole day outside. I could say overall stay was okay.
