This house was everything they advertised plus more, thank you some much for accommodating our stay. I would keep in mind, if you’re with an older crowd…. There’s a lot of stairs.

Benjamin's place was hospitable. We were traveling with 4 teenagers and it accommodated all of us very comfortably. We only stayed here one night but it was a very nice place to stay in and it was in close proximity to Cosmosphere and Strataca. Benjamin was very communicative prior to check in and even informed us of some issues that were addressed prior to our arrival. Highly recommend

The house was as advertised. Cozy, quaint and comfortable. We were in town for a wedding and the house was perfect for our family of 5. We appreciated the kitchen space being well stocked for family cooking. Beds were comfortable and extra blankets to keep us warm. We will stay again. Beth was very good with communication. So sweet to check in on how our stay was going. We will stay again!

This was the perfect place for my family to crash while on vacation! Cozy couch/beds, and big enough for my family of 6. Myranda was an exceptional host and made sure we were comfortable during our stay. Would definitely book with her again!

Absolutely perfect weekend getaway came into town to visit friends and attend a concert . This was a perfect place to visit peacefully with friends and also very comfortable for husband and I to sleep . Everything was exactly as outlined in ad and the place was comfy and cozy , we look forward to our next planned stay in Wichita .

Such a great location! We were in town for a work event, and this provided a relaxing retreat after a long workday. If you choose to stay here let me assure you that your hosts are some of the most responsive, I have had the pleasure of interacting with. The neighborhood is beautiful and peaceful; plenty of sidewalks to walk the dogs and feel safe while doing so. Highly recommend!!

The house was perfect for our stay in Hutchinson. The living and hangout spaces were very comfortable, and the sleeping arrangements worked great. We really appreciated the clear instructions on how to use the house—it made everything easy and prevented us from having to ask a lot of questions. This was one of the most organized and well-stocked houses we've ever stayed in—and we rent a lot of places when we travel!

The host were very accommodating and the place was very comfortable. If you want to bring your pet, you need to know that it is in the country and on a farm, so monitoring your pet and keep their paws clean can be a hassle. I did have an issue with my dog, but I communicated immediately with the hosts, and they worked with me to make it right.

The place was beautiful. The home was very clean the kitchen well stocked the bathrooms clean and plenty of towels etc… plenty of room for large families. Very quiet and Stephen responded to our questions within minutes. We plan to stay at the house again.

We stayed at Jennifer's place for a conference in Wichita. Her house was just what our group needed. There were enough beds for each student to have a separate space. We really appreciated the multiple bathrooms and areas to relax. Thank you for a great stay!

We have stayed in over a dozen AirBnb/VRBO rentals and this is the most well-stocked of them all! The kitchen had everything one could need to stay for weeks at a time. Quiet location, clean and tidy, comfortable. The LIVE plants were another nice touch!

This little cottage was exactly what I needed to stay a night in Newton. It's small, but cozy. Very clean. Comfortable. The instructions getting to it were very clear and it was easy getting inside. They also have good internet which was a plus. It is literally in the back corner of their yard behind the house. Don't let that detract you from staying. It was very private and a great stay for what I needed.
