A very clean and neat house

Gem of a property, used all the amenities, do definitely recommend with a gem of a person Stephen responding and helping within minutes. Thank you for a wonderful weekend.

Nice big house with several rooms. Perfect for families or groups of friends. Lovely warm fireplace for winter and a great deck for summer evenings. Jake is a responsive host and instructions were very clear and easy to follow.

We enjoyed our stay at Greg's home at Paradise Beach. A great house in a quiet location 3 minute walk to the beach. The house was fresh, spotless and spacious which made for a relaxing break. The sound of the waves, birdsong and kangaroos grazing in the back yard were enjoyed. Greg's communication was excellent, pre, during and post stay. An issue with the TV was sorted with prompt attention. Thanks Greg, we hope to return and will certainly recommend to friends.

Great place, very quiet apart from the birds but they were beautiful. Great place do do nothing and enjoy the fire pit and spa.

Clean, not far from the beach. There is a general store (Foodworks) round the corner that provides basic amenities and some food. Easy walk to the beach. It's a lovely comfortable place to stay. We had all we needed in the home, telescope and toys for kids were a nice touch. There is a long bath indoors and outdoors which is a hit with the kids. Fair warning, there were a lot of flies, not something that the host can control and it's what you do get living at the beach. They get in when you open the doors so do be quick. Maybe bring a fly swatter if you find using fly spray/ elastic bands to not be your choice of weapon. We managed to take out over 30 flies indoors but it's a constant battle. Overall a fantastic place to stay, highly recommended and will come back again.

Vicky’s place was great! She was very flexible with check-in. And her instructions were very clear and precise. The space was beautiful, and plenty of room. Would recommend to anyone visiting Seaspray.
