It was a great pleasure staying in Drew's place. It was very clean and had all the necessary amenities, including laundry, a parking garage, a big TV, and a kitchen. Even more - hot tub area help me a lot with relaxing after work at a conference. All the furniture and the apartment is in very good condition, feels like a newly built home. In addition, Drew is the nicest person to communicate with; he is very responsive and always happy to help or consult about any possible issue. I highly recommend this place to stay!

Excellent location in Long Beach. close to some great bars and restaurants but far enough away to be comfortable. Wonderful clean executive apartment, comfortable, very spacious. I wish I stayed longer.

Staying in this home was so amazing. My daughter and I absolutely loved Udo, he was so kind. The house was done up so nice with a lot of thought put into it and Udo went above and beyond providing anything we needed from toiletries to any appliances or linen. The gardens in the backyard was the stand out though, it’s incredibly beautiful and it was so nice sitting on the private veranda in the morning sun literally watching hummingbirds in his water fountain. This place isn’t just somewhere to sleep it’s a little private sanctuary. And also under 5 minute walk to any good restaurants, coffee shops and the beach. We are already planning our next trip back it’s definitely now our staple for any future trips trips to America! Thank you so much Udo.

Great spot in the Malibu Hills! Views were fantastic! Came out with a friend to run in Malibu Creek State Park, super close to restaurants, shopping, hiking etc.

Barry and Van were great hosts, and very accommodating to our family and pups. We felt right at home, and would definitely stay again.

The place was lovely and warm, it had everything that was needed! In a great quiet area, felt right at home! While there for work and first time in LA there was a lot we still wanted to see we were able to see all the tourists attractions due to how close the home is to all the attractions, there’s also lots to do around the neighborhood that we wish we had more time to try! Paulina is such a sweetheart ! Thank you for hosting us! will definitely book again when we’re back in LA!

We had an amazing time at this fantastic classical LA home! Beautifully decorated, this large and private home is perfectly situated in a walkable neighborhood close to coffee shops, a vintage clothing store, great restaurants, a farmers market and so much more! The house is filled with natural light, which is perfect for writing, relaxing, or curling up with one of the many books that are artfully placed throughout the home (warning: if you’re a book lover, you might want to move in permanently!). The kitchen is so well-stocked for all your culinary needs- plus for coffee lovers, you can take your pick from a drip coffeemaker, the Nespresso machine and not one but two French presses! This place is perfect for families - there’s plenty of space inside and outside, lots of toys and games, a pack ’n play, a washer and dryer, and even the little extra touches like kids’ tableware and cutlery! Plus, with a dedicated parking space and an EV charger this home truly has it all!

We stayed here as a family of four, with an infant and toddler, and it definitely met expectations! Bianca was very flexible, communicative and kind. The location was perfect for walking and where we wanted to be! As previous guests started, it was somewhat loud in the bedrooms just based on location, but nothing that was at all disturbing. The mattresses on both beds are also VERY hard, so be prepared for that when you arrive! There is also a steep staircase, so if you have kids, be aware of that as well. Overall, a perfect stay. Victoria was an amazing host! Very communicative and such a kind heart. The fires were happening in the north and our friends we were meeting at her house, came in a day earlier and were staying in another hotel close to fires. She offered them to come a day early to get away from the smoke!! Her house was south of fires, so we were OK here. She then offered us a late checkout as our flight wasn't until 8pm at night. This was so welcome as we have young children. She really went above and beyond! Her place is very homely and great to be close to the beach. Thank you for everything Victoria :)

Stayed at Wendy’s place for a girls weekend. We immediately felt right at home. Her stay is beautiful and close to many restaurants and things to do. A charming beachside apartment. Original mid-century features tastefully modernized. All painted white so the room is full of the ocean light. We loved it here.
