Overall, we enjoyed our stay. Winston is very responsive to questions. The house is pretty old, and I don’t think you can tell that very well in the pictures. It is very stocked, which is nice. Stayed 5 days with husband and 3 teens. Everyone had own room, which is great. Two bedrooms are in one section w a full bath between them. The ‘master’ bedroom has a small walk in closet and a small 3/4 en suite. The 4th bedroom is on other side of house- used to be the garage. It’s pretty loud, and could definitely hear all the traffic driving by in that room. It has a tiny bathroom attached w just a tiny stand up shower. Kitchen stocked with a hodgepodge of plates, cups, pots, pans, etc. Everything is mismatched and older, but still plenty functional. All we had to buy was groceries. Regular coffee maker w tons of filters. Beach towels and cooler (that was moldy gross but we were able to clean out ok). Definitely not the ritz, but the space was great and hot tub fabulous. Had a great stay that started with a four-hour airline delay that got us to the property late. Viktoriia was so accommodating and kind during a stressful travel moment. Checkin and checkout were seamless a d she was extremely responsive to questions we had. Great property, great host, great stay!

Me and my group booked for 6 days, so glad we did everything was perfect fantastic property everything was clean and nice. everything also worked perfectly definitely going to be booking again in the future!

Chris was an amazing host! I love the Little Haiti area and how close it is to the rest of miami for my friends and I. We were able to make music safely in the Airbnb without disturbing any neighbors. And actually became friends with a few of them too throughout the week! Next time we're all in town again, we'll definitely be booking Chris! He gives great recommendations too

We loved this place. Even though we left to go on a cruise we wanted to stay- the house had farthing we needed- super comfy beds but the backyard was just gorgeous. Beautiful vegetation and private and quiet and lots of sitting areas and the pool and hot tub were just perfect for our group of 4. We will definitely be back

The Airbnb hosts are quick to respond and were super helpful when we needed more toiletries! I loved that each room basically had its own bathroom. This is the perfect place for big groups!

Amazing place! Thomas made us feel right at home as soon as we walked through the door, with a bottle of Prosecco and coffee to boot. Incredibly responsive and communicative as well, before, during, and after our stay. The pool is stunning, and the property is so peaceful/relaxing. If you’re a light sleeper like me, welcome to paradise. Would 100% recommend this Airbnb to anyone traveling in the area. If seeing Taylor Swift wasn’t epic enough, Thomas just made our stay all the more enchanted.

Spencer's Air B&B is an exceptional property, great for extended families. The home sits on a canal in a beautiful neighborhood. The pool/hot tub is large and accommodated our family of 8 adults with enough sun chairs and couches for everyone. My favorite room was the lanai, with plenty of seating and a large table for outdoor dining. Each morning I would pour a cup of coffee and have a pastry from Croissan'time French bakery and sit in the hammock chair and feel the breeze. The kitchen is well-appointed and had everything we needed to make family dinners (including a large grill). We appreciated the wagon with beach chairs for our trip to the beach and the pool inflatables to float and relax. The hosts are very responsive and communicated quickly by email. All-in-all, a great home in which to enjoy Ft. Lauderdal.

Our stay was fantastic! Plenty of space, quiet backyard with great amenities. Our was comfortable and had a great time on the property. Ron & Laurie were awesome when needed during the stay- very responsive when we had questions. It was a great stay for our group of 10!

I stood the first week of March with some of my friends and business partners, we had a conference in the Hard Rock. THIS PLACE IS BEAUTIFUL!! The host was responsive, the miny Beach was beautiful! The Bedrooms were comfortable and decorative. Towels were everywhere. Kitchen had everything you need to cook. IT DID NOT MISS ONE THING! if you are looking for a large group of fun this is the place to stay. Walmart is 7 mins away so you can stack up. Beautiful neighborhood and you can also fish in the lake. FISHERMANS DREAM. My boyfriend caught some Mango Snapper. It's a Pristine place. I've been to many airbnbs and this one stuck out. Me and my friends would come back to have a get together here. I'm planning on it!

This was a very big house (our kids kept saying mansion) in Miami Springs, with lots of stuff to keep everyone entertained- foosball, billards, cornhole, old style Pac-Man/ Donkey Long video game console, darts, plus a pool and hottub. We had plenty of room to hang out and to sleep. The location is perfectly fine though the house is a bit far from Miami Beach. Rick was a great host and very easy to communicate with.

Great Pool house with a beautiful lake and great location. Also provided everything you need like toiletries, shampoo and conditioner. Would love to stay longer next time if possible
