Such a lovely villa. Beautifully arranged with perfect amount of space for our group of 8. The villa has everything you need. The pool was lovely and warm even without being heated. Margherita, the local host, was amazing - so helpful. Would definitely come back.

Ginevra was very friendly and forthcoming. Communication was smooth and prompt. Nice place, surely recommended!

Wir waren mit zwei Familien (4 Erwachsene und 4 Kinder) dort und haben die Zeit sehr genossen! Wir haben uns gleich wie zuhause gefühlt. Besonderes Highlight der Unterkunft war der Pool, den besonders die Kinder jeden Tag ausgiebig genutzt haben. In der Umgebung gab es viel zu sehen und zu erleben, alles war mit dem Auto gut zu erreichen. Wir haben uns super wohl gefühlt! Vielen Dank! :-)

Siamo una famiglia con 3 bimbi piccoli , ci siamo trovati benissimo . Elena ed il marito sono stati molto accoglienti e disponibili. La struttura e’ molto bella pulita e ben curata in ogni dettaglio .si respira una aria di amore e tranquillità . Speriamo di tornare presto in primavera o in estate per vivere lo spazio esterno e la campagna umbra bellissima. Super consigliato !!!!

Absolutely stunning setting! The house is very beautiful and the sunset is incredible. It was comfy, clean and we could easily have stayed much longer. The kids loved exploring the yard and wandering around all the beautiful olive trees. Paola was so helpful with local recommendations and always responsive! The house had all the essentials, which was great as there isn’t exactly a supermarket down the road. It was a really special stay. Thank you for having us!

Wir hatten einen tollen Urlaub mit 9 Freunden. Das Haus liegt sehr ruhig und ist sehr hochwertig und liebevoll eingerichtet. Der Außenbereich war wunderschön und grün. Ein toller Pool und viel Platz ganz für sich alleine. Alles exakt wie beschrieben und auf den Bildern gezeigt. In der Nähe sind mit dem Auto viele schöne und günstige Restaurants erreichbar. Wir würden es auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen und hatten eine schöne Zeit. Amanda war sehr freundlich und war immer schnell erreichbar bei Fragen.

È stata un'esperienza da favola in una location da favola. La casetta, splendida in ogni dettaglio, è incastonata tra i maestosi colli toscani, offrendo un panorama che non ha prezzo. Da ogni angolo della casa si apre una vista mozzafiato che sembra un dipinto. La tranquillità e la pace che si respirano in questo luogo sono un vero e proprio balsamo per l'anima, una chimera di bellezza rara difficile da descrivere a parole. È il tipo di posto che ti fa dimenticare lo stress della vita quotidiana. Noi siamo stati lì con i nostri cagnoni e non potevamo chiedere di meglio. Chiara è stata gentilissima e disponibilissima. Ci portava persino dei dolci fatti in casa per colazione. Cosa poter chiedere di più ? Grazie!!!

Beautiful large house with great views and an amazing pool area. A little remote, at the end of a long and steep gravel road, but completely worthwhile. Great hosts, very attentive to their guests' every need.

Skvělé místo, útulný a stylově zařízený byt, velice pohodlná postel, víno, olivový olej, káva a těstoviny na přivítanou! Alex bydlí v přízemí domu, takže je vždy k dispozici. Velice děkujeme, Tomáš a Věra :-)

Beautiful private and peaceful property, central to all the great towns in Tuscany. Great for a group with secure parking on the property. The Host Maddy goes above and beyond to provide assistance, great recommendations and help at all times, from the minute we arrived until we departed. We would definitely stay here again and will recommend her place to all our friends and family.

我要如何赞美Maria Chiara的民宿呢~这是我此次旅行中最爱的一个住宿地点，美好得有一点梦幻和不真实。房子的具体位置我描述不清，离皮恩扎不远，我们开了一路的山路，很好找。漂亮的精心打理的院子是我的第一印象，一只可爱的小猫在院子里和我们慵懒地打招呼。Maria带我们去了所有的房间，一共三间超级舒适的卧室，两个配备齐全的厕所，还有大小两间起居室以及温馨的厨房。因为到达的时候已经很晚了，我们没有来得及在路上吃饭，打开谷歌地图，附近的餐厅都显示打烊了。我们只好非常不好意思地寻求Maria的帮助。Maria和他的家人给了我们很大的帮助，他帮我们打了一堆电话，前面好几个都说今天满座了或者是我们要打烊了，但是他们丝毫没有停下来的意愿，直到找到一家开门的披萨店。我们很顺利地找到了那家当地的餐厅，简直是我吃过最好吃的意面和披萨，而且价格非常公道。夜晚，我们在院子里品尝白天从酒庄带回来的美酒，漂亮的院子和星空，气氛太好了。第二天，我们得以认真打量这漂亮的房子，它已经有104岁了，但是房屋的状态特别好，是女主人辛苦在打理。房间的家具和陈列特别有地域的特色，也有复古的年代感，配色迷人得令人挪不开眼睛。我和朋友说，感觉就是住进了一家博物馆。Maria的厨房也有很意思，大概有大大小小5只咖啡壶，非常有生活的气息。我们要离开的时候，Maria已经在打扫院子了，我们用谷歌翻译聊了一会儿，再次感谢她热情的招待。这漂亮的房子承载了我对托斯卡纳最好的回忆，和我亲爱的家人还有可爱的朋友。

Elisa, suo papà Bruno e tutta la famiglia, sono stati davvero degli host incredibili. Non ho mai trovato tanta accoglienza, generosità, gentilezza e riservatezza così come mi è stata offerta in questo posto incantevole, genuino e naturale. Oltre all’accuratezza nella casa, (dolci freschi, alimenti di prima qualità messi a disposizione, olio, spezie, marmellate e pulizia), l’attenzione verso gli ospiti, si è contraddistinta. Vino e pici (cucinati alla vera maniera) offerti dalla casa! Ho soggiornato da sola con la mia Labrador in questo weekend di febbraio e non vediamo l’ora di tornare. Un’esperienza davvero rigenerante e autentica, con delle persone autentiche. Grazie Elisa & family ( grazie anche per l’olio e il miele che ho già assaggiato!). Amici viaggiatori, questo è un posto da visitare!!!

We had a fantastic stay with a group of four adults and five kids. Accommodations were immaculate, private chefs were decadent and delicious, and fantastic wine. The grounds were just lovely as well and we enjoyed having a fire in the fire place every evening. That you for a lovely stay!

Wir waren sehr zufrieden mit der Unterkunft. Eine sehr schöne mit Style eingerichtete Wohnung. Tolle ruhige Umgebung mit tollen hilfreichen Menschen.

Ich war mit meiner Familie für eine Woche in der bezaubernden Unterkunft. Bei Ankunft hat uns die Gastgeberin den Schlüssel überreicht und uns alles gezeigt. Besonders der große Pool und der atemberaubende Blick auf den Lago Trasimeno von der oberen Etage des Hauses aus haben uns gefallen. Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Woche in Umbrien und haben die Umgebung in Tagestrips erkundet. Bei Fragen und Problemen hat uns die Gastgeberin immer freundlich weitergeholfen. Wir kommen gerne wieder

We chose the property based only on the listing description and pictures, which turned out to be very accurate. Really lovely house in beautiful surroundings, immersed in nature and quiet. The house was characterful, clean and large enough to easily accomodate our party of 7 in 4 separate bedrooms. The property was very well equipped, including Wi-Fi (even though mobile reception was good enough). Beautiful reception rooms on the ground floor, and books everywhere! The temperature during our stay was in the high twenties/low thirties but the house remained quite cool. Can't comment on what it would be like in winter. A car is required as the property is isolated and not served by public transport, but the nearest village is only 10 minutes away by car (very narrow roads). We loved the place and would recommend it for people visiting the area (provided you don't mind staying off the beaten path).

le gîte est extrêmement propre et bien équipé literie de qualité le jardin est exceptionnel avec une piscine magnifique que nous avons extrêmement apprécié avec les fortes chaleurs beaucoup de choses à voir et à faire aux alentours mais il faut une voiture sur place excellente communication avec Julia qui est très réactive A refaire sans aucune hésitation

La Selvolina is een geweldige plek om te relaxen en te genieten van de omgeving, maar ook van het heerlijke zwembad. Het huis is fijn, de keuken heel volledig. Alles is aanwezig voor een heerlijk verblijf. Bij vragen werd er altijd snel en heel vriendelijk gereageerd, wat we als heel prettig en welkom ervaren hebben. La Selvolina is een heerlijk rustige plek, ongeveer 30 minuten lopen (berg op) of 5 minuten per auto naar Roccastrada. Met wat geluk zie je reeën in de tuin en hoor je ‘s nachts de uilen. Het is wel raadzaam om een SUV te hebben, omdat de weg niet verhard is.

Casa molto bella e ben tenuta. Posizione strategica con vista stupenda sulla Val d’Orcia. La tranquillità del posto e la cordialità dell’Host hanno contribuito a rendere perfetto il nostro soggiorno a Seggiano. La jacuzzi con terrazzino annesso danno un valore aggiunto al tutto, per un weekend nel relax completo. Sicuramente mi sentirei di consigliare questa casa per il comfort e per la disponibilità dell’Host che è sempre stato molto gentile con noi. Ritornerei sicuramente.

Die Lage und das Interieur der Unterkunft waren einfach fantastisch. Morgens den Kaffee auf der Terrasse zu genießen und in der Ferne das Meer oder Abends die Sonne am Horizont untergehen zu sehen, war immer wieder atemberaubend. Die Küche war äußerst reichhaltig ausgestattet und das Platzangebot sehr großzügig. Wir hatten zeitweise sogar ein paar Freunde, die auf der Durchreise zu ihrem Feriendomizil waren, zu Gast und jeder hatte genügend Freiraum, sich nicht in seiner eigenen Privatsphäre gestört zu fühlen. Demzufolge auch durchaus für einen Aufenthalt mit zwei Paaren oder für eine Familie mit älteren Kindern empfehlenswert. Die Gastgeberin bewohnte den zweiten Teil des Hauses auf der gegenüberliegenden Seite und war jederzeit ansprechbar ohne daß man das Gefühl hatte, sich gegenseitig zu beeinflussen. Sie war zudem ausgesprochen freundlich und hilfsbereit. Sollte es uns in den nächsten Jahren mal wieder in diese Gegend ziehen, wäre die Unterkunft definitiv unsere 1. Wahl
