Peaceful, cozy lakeside home made for a great weekend retreat. Friendly, well-trained black lab dog greets you on arrival. Rena was a warm, generous, and welcoming host. Made me feel right at home. Gave great local recommendations. Easy to follow instructions for checking in and flexible check out. Would definitely recommend to my friends.

This place is absolutely stunning. They have nice beaches right on the property. So many amenities. They have shared bathroom & showers even a place to wash dishes. The view was spectacular. Lots of restaurants near by and close to the old mining town. Love watching the rafters drift by. Mike and Bonnie are amazing hosts. They even have ice on site for purchase. We will be back!

Beautiful home and stunning location! Our group loved being right on the water in such a cozy house. Lots of restaurants and amenities nearby. Homes are very close together in this neighborhood, but the backyard still felt relatively private. Would love to stay here again in the future.

We had such a great time at this home and has the cozy cabin vibes you want in Tahoe. The layout is great families and really has everything you need. The location is great between Kings Beach / Sunnyside and it was easy to get to everything. Although a little dated, the house is very cozy and is perfect for Tahoe weekend! We would definitely rent this house again!

We absolutely loved our stay at Sara’s beautiful home! Firstly, the home itself is so perfect and cozy - a cabin oasis. It has all of the kitchen essentials that you may need, strong wifi for any remote work, and the beds are super comfy. Secondly, the location is superb. Located nearby many delicious restaurants, world class ski resorts, and, of course, the amazing Lake Tahoe. Sara was responsive, kind, and an overall amazing host. Would love to come again!

Lovely spot! Location is very close to the lake, Tahoe City, and it's even in walking distance of a local bakery + store. Kitchen was spacious and had everything we needed to make meals. Check in and checkout was very simple as well. Highly recommend this spot if you're looking for somewhere convenient, cozy, and has lovely amenities, this is the spot!

Clean and comfy. Looks exactly like the photos. Easy to check-in and great location. Some spiders running around, but overall worth every penny.

Got this place after a last minute cancellation by our original booking and so happy we did. The location is spectacular! So beautiful. As mentioned by other reviewers the interior is dated so keep expectations in check. Bring your own coffee and aeropress. We made our coffee and tea from a saucepan on the stove. Had to do a little more cleaning than I am used to with Airbnb (strip the beds and start a load of laundry) which was a little annoying given the cleaning fee, but bottom line is was well worth the hassle. Thanks.

Loved the area - it’s right off of Lake Tahoe and during the wintertime, the lake was amazing during sunset. Location is decently close to a couple of big resorts and the overall space was pretty roomy. Place is two floors and could probably fit two couples.

The place was fantastic, the location sublime! It was my first trip to Lake Tahoe, and the property made it an incredibly peaceful trip. Friends who've been to Tahoe multiple times before this said this property has made it their best stay there so far - 5/5 on the property and the location. Grocery stores, restaurants, brewing companies, all within 2-3 miles of the location, very accessible, and ofcourse, the lake itself, which is barely 10 feet from the lower deck. An ideal way to start the day :) Haley was awesome, very precise in communication, expectations, and extremely quick to respond. An ideal place to spend your time at Tahoe! Would love to visit and stay here again!

Just a spectacular place to stay. The location, views, surroundings are a very special place. You will not want to miss out on. The serene mountains and things to do are very enjoyable. Your host is awesome and will surprise you with a first class beautiful and yummy breakfast in the morning. A must place to stay and enjoy.

If I could have given 10 stars for communication and location I would have! We had a fabulous vacay here and our young children enjoyed all the fun at the lake, playground, pool/hot tub, etc. Wayne and his staff were stellar. We would most definitely stay here again!

Emily’s place is a magical hillside home offering clean water creek access and great privacy. Rooms are spacious and the outdoor park is great for bigger groups and families. Our small 4 people’s group felt like in a mansion. Super tall redwoods and pines surround the house giving the feeling of living in a tree house. We hope to come back in the summer!

We enjoyed our stay at the Larid cabin! The home was comfy, clean and walking distance to the private beach, restaurants and other outdoor activities. Communication clear and the host always responded quickly. The kids especially enjoyed the hot tub! Overall, wonderful home and great location. We would definitely stay here again. If you’re thinking about it, just book it! Worth every penny!

Ron's place was great! Exactly what we were looking for - right on the lake, with a view of the lake from the living room. It was quite!!! It's right at the intersection of 267 and 89 which we were worried about at first but we didn't hear a sound the whole time we were there. The unit was very clean and both bedrooms had their own bathroom. Great cafe a short walk away and Ron was very responsive and helpful. Very easy rental.

BEAUTIFUL amazing Lakefront unit WOWWWW!!!!! Not cheap, but you get what you pay for. If you have the mean financially I HIGHLY recommend this place (the days of 200 dollars a night in a Luxe place are over in Lake Tahoe) WOW we felt like we were on a cruise ship as you look out the window and just see the almost nothing but lake and mountains directly in front of you 180 degrees!

Had a lovely stay at this beautiful home, which was perfectly located for my son's ski lessons at Palisades and walking distance to great restaurants (Fire Sign, Shadyside) AND a Market with everything you could need (groceries, souvenirs, ice cream). The rental company was extremely helpful and responsive with all our questions. Highly recommend.

Communication from Laura was excellent. The history of the cabin and the cabin is beyond beautiful. The views are stunning. Private beach is perfect. We cannot thank her enough for sharing her family treasure with the world.

It was a nice place to stay. The garages are labeled, and yes you are supposed to drive down that steep driveway. It's a nice house. 3 different stories for 3 different units. Even sandwiched in the middle, I had no noise complaints. I would probably stay here again, unless the owner is tired of all my questions and wants me to stay away 😅
