I highly recommend this location. Top quality (the apartment, the building, and the surrounding neighborhood). The location was in walking distance to numerous amenities, and the parking garage is a huge asset. If I weren't moving to Alexandria, I would stay in this location again.

This was our second time staying here – it was just as good as the first, spacious, clean, very comfortable with many amenities. We were in very close proximity to DC and everything we needed to do in the city. A perfect location and a lovely place to end a busy day.

We got to the apartment a little later than expected but I found parking, apartment, easy and quick. I felt safe coming in late. The apartment was warm, clean. After a day of walking we came home to a nice hot shower and comfortable bed. It was super quiet. Paul gave heads up about the dogs but we really didn't hear them. We actually got to meet his beautiful dogs. I was able to make coffee as needed and warm up some food. Paul place had everything needed to make this weekend smooth and relaxing. Paul goes above and beyond! I really appreciate that with an Airbnb host.

Maria's place was very cozy and easy to get to downtown DC. Parking was ample and the neighborhood was quiet and quaint. Maria and Dan had lots of great suggestions for restaurants and were extremely helpful! We would definitely stay here again.

Zach was an excellent host! very responsive and helpful. The place was clean and comfortable for the night we spent there. Not very far from the 9:30 club.

If I could give Terese’s place six stars, I would definitely do it. It was perfect for the two of us. She has thought of everything you might need and the place was spotless. The bed was super comfortable and it was nice to have the ability to do laundry. She also provided a dedicated parking spot. The Red Line Metro was a 10-15 min. walk from the house. The neighborhood was peaceful and it was great to come back to after a busy day of sightseeing. She was quick to respond to any questions we had. We will definitely stay here again if we’re in the area.

Kelly's place was so clean and just like it was described. Lots of attention to detail. It is a great location - walkable to grocery stores, restaurants, bars, shopping, and the train. She was very responsive, and when we come back, we would love to stay again!

Our family always enjoys coming to Nickel cottage. The game room is always a big hit, with much time being spent playing ping pong and the little ones having age appropriate toys. As a teacher myself, I am impressed with all the children’s books and classic toys. How nice it is to have a family place to gather and have fun! We also enjoy the beautiful scenery and neighborhood cows. We even saw a baby calf with it’s momma. Our Christmas is very special indeed - much due to Grace and her personal care of our family. Her little extras mean so much to us, and we appreciate everything she does to make our stay special!

An amazing house with lots to do! We had a great time and appreciated everything the house came with (kayaks, spices, paddle boards, fishing rods, extra linens, pots and pans). This is definitely our favorite stay so far.

Christine was super thorough and clear in instructions. The place was super clean, peaceful and relaxing. Nice amenities on property. Overall very relaxing!

The location was amazing with the pool and the waterfront. The grandkids loved fishing and swimming. Couple observations: The lawn service came when we were there but only mowed the lawn and did not mow around the pool. No edging or weeding was done in the landscaping Pool service came when we were there and was great Garbage pick up came and pulled all the way down the driveway which was great Bathrooms could use some love. Oven could also use some love I would recommend taking bottle water and ice if you have a large group. We made a few runs to the General Store and Safeway. All in all we would give it 5 stars. The backyard gazebo and lights were perfect for relaxing and having casual conversation. The kitchen is beautiful. Our dog LOVED the backyard. Alex was both proactive and highly responsive. The information and house rules were easy to find and easy to manage. All in all, a great experience.

Easy check in and out. Great communication from the host. Large kitchen with all we needed.

We had a great stay thanks to Shacorey. There was a small mixup getting in initially, but she helped us work it out and even sent us a credit for the inconvenience. She also worked with us on our checkout time and was very considerate and generous with us. We are thankful to have stayed here and appreciate Shacorey and her listing.

I had a wonderful stay at Reagan's place. Reagan was a very helpful and responsive host. The apartment is in a great location with an assigned garage parking space. The apartment was very clean; had great closet space; and easy access to the building and apt. I would definitely recommend her place to anyone traveling to Richmond.

The place was beautiful! My kids enjoyed the pool, and we loved walking around the grounds. It was close to colonial Williamsburg and lots of other fun activities. Would definitely come again!

We had a lovely stay at Lili's place. It was very peaceful! We would definitely book again if we were in the area. Lili was very responsive to any questions we had.

During our stay there were several weather related issues. The electricity went out because of the weather. Since I was not the owner of the property, I could not report the outage to the power company. Once I informed Edna about the situation, she immediately contacted the power company, provided me with the information I would need to check on power status, and had the power company contact me. Edna was prompt with responses when there were some complications with her cleaning service.

We had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb with our family, including two small kids. The host provided a pack-and-play, which made things so much easier for us. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed, and we cooked two meals during our stay without any trouble. The location was perfect—just a short, less-than-15-minute drive to the Natural History Museum downtown. Across the street, there’s a great park with a playground and a dog park, which our kids loved. My sister and her family stayed in another Airbnb just across the hall, and it was the ideal setup for us to enjoy Christmas together. It’s also an easy walk to Old Town Alexandria, which is charming and full of things to see and do. This place was clean, convenient, and family-friendly. Highly recommend for anyone visiting the area!

We greatly enjoyed our stayin Williamsburg! The condo was laid out perfectly for our family and had extra space! Our small grandson's thought their 3rd floor loft was special for them. We needed the two king beds and spacious bathrooms. Everything was exceptionally clean and the hostess was very very helpful. We will definitely stay there again. My son-in-law stayed there in high school, with my daughter about eight years ago, and this last trip with my husband and I and his wife and three children. I booked this and did not know he had stayed there before until we arrived. The restuarant was handy when we were too tired to go out. The food was very good. Alecia Wagoner
