The apartment is exactly as it appears in the pictures, was highly clean, it has all the facilities for cooking, towels and bed sheets. Its location is nearby restaurants, bars and Sinclair Community College. Thank you for hosting me.

James was a great host. The space was clean and comfortable. We loved the walkability to great restaurants and shops. Parking was easy, even on the weekend. We would definitely stay again on any future trips to Dayton.

Lovely place. Kitchen fabulous! and made home cooked meals. Had everything I needed. Bed was comfortable and slept well after a long flight. Felt at home and would definitely recommend and will stay again when I return to Hamilton. Thank you Michael and Patricia!

We loved our stay at Tamara's place! It was in the perfect location for what we needed it for. It was clean and cozy. We loved all the thoughtful little extras. I would definitely stay here again and would highly recommend it!

Letrice was very nice when communicating. She even left a little snack basket for us. The apartment/condo was extremely clean and is located right across the street from a mall. It was perfect for our stay for my cousin’s wedding. We had the shopping center to entertain us during the day and it was seven minutes from the wedding venue.

The apartment was cleaned and had everything we needed! Host was very responsive with questions before booking! Beds are very comfortable!

This was the perfect location to reach campus and to run back and forth if needed. The apartment was a restful home away from home and I enjoyed having my student stay a night with me also!

My sister had a nice stay! I spent some time there with her & it was a nice home. My only complaint would be the noise coming from next door but that’s no fault of the host! 😊

Excellent stay. I’m from Ohio but I live out of the area. This place felt like home. It was on the colder side downstairs but overall it was very comfortable and roomy. I will be back in April if this place is still available. The only thing I would change is having cable to view local channels, sports, etc. vs. streaming only. Maria was very responsive, pleasant, and friendly.

Justin’s place was impressive. With it being a smaller house we were not sure if it would be crammed. It was NOT at all! Perfect set up! Fenced in back yard was great! Justin’s house really wasn’t missing a thing- very well thought out. Perfect location. Close to University of Dayton and UD Baseball field. Justin was a great host! Very responsive and accommodating! This is my second time staying here with my family. The home was just as amazing as I remembered and the host went out of his way to make my family’s stay amazing and make sure we were well informed!

I arrived at night and very much appreciated that a number of lights had been left on. The home was SPOTLESS and exactly as described - lots of towels, toiletries, detergent. Great in town location, but very close to WEC. Am planning to stay here again when I return to Wilmington.

I love love love this home. It is beautiful and spacious and feels like a place to always breath and regroup. I want to tell you how amazing the space and host are but then it may not be available for me each month. Just relax and watch the snow fall in the back yard and you will understand why this is paradise.

Renee was great! We came up for WEC and were concerned about the weather. Renee was flexible and communicated as we traveled up and reassured us about the road conditions.
