We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful lake house! The house was spotless and very well-maintained, making it a perfect place to relax and unwind. It was also really easy to find, which made our arrival stress-free. The views of the lake were absolutely breathtaking—whether we were enjoying our morning coffee or watching the sunset, it was pure serenity. Christle was exceptional, always attentive and quick to respond to any questions or requests. She really went out of her way to ensure we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We can’t recommend this place enough for anyone looking for a peaceful and picturesque getaway!

Jenna was super responsive, friendly and accommodating! The cottage was cozy with a full kitchen, beautiful views of the lake and a big screen TV, perfect for watching football! We were so happy to find a space that was pet friendly and safe to walk our dogs. Will definitely rent again ❤️

Perfect get away. She has everything needed from a multitude of games for adults and kiddos to beach/yard toys (from frisbees and balls to kayaks/SUPs). The fire pit was perfect. Kitchen, although small, was well stocked, and we had no problems cooking/grilling. Accommodations were clean and very comfortable. We spent a lot of time on the big deck and on the lake. Would stay again in a heartbeat! Thanks Angela!

Absolutely Loved our stay!! There aren't enough good things to say about the view, location & beautiful house. So fun! There's a pool table, air hockey & 2 free standing video games. Spent every sunset in the Lakeview room😍 Just gorgeous beyond words! Did i mention the Bald Eagle that hangs out in the tree right outside the Lakeview bedroom? Incredible! the lake doesn't freeze over in one spot in front of the lakeview window, saw all the big birds of prey hunt. It was definitely wildlife at its finest. The owners are Very responsive & told us to be on the look out for the eagle! Fantastic time! Loved Loved Loved it & already reserved for our Wedding weekend❤️

I am more than pleased with our stay at Larry’s beautiful home! My boy graduated from Navy boot camp and I wanted nothing more than to give him a beautiful, comfortable place to rest and chill after a long 9 weeks of no sleep, yelling, exhaustion, and non-stop grueling activity. From the amazing panoramic lake view, to the nautical themed decor, and the huge hot tub! This place was the epitome of comfort for our family! My son was able to relax with us in the hot tub, nap on one of the super comfortable beds, and take a nice relaxing bath in the jetted tub. With the available amenities, I was able to cook for him and truly make him feel like he was home. This place provided the perfect respite for his transition into the next part of his journey. When Larry says this is not the Ritz, he means it, and that is the best part for me! Who the hell wants the Ritz? My boy needed a comfortable home-like experience and that is exactly what this was! Thank you so much Larry!

We recently had the pleasure of staying at this waterfront property on Fox Lake with our three dogs. The home offers direct access to the lake, providing a serene and picturesque setting for a relaxing getaway. The house comfortably accommodated our group, featuring three bedrooms and two bathrooms. The interior was clean and well-maintained, offering all the necessary amenities for a comfortable stay. The kitchen was well-equipped, allowing us to prepare meals with ease. Our dogs enjoyed the spacious yard and the proximity to the lake. The neighborhood was peaceful, making it ideal for morning walks with our pets. Additionally, the property's location provided convenient access to local attractions and dining options in Fox Lake. The host was responsive and accommodating, ensuring our check-in process was smooth and that we had everything we needed throughout.

Soooooo nice and peaceful! Host is super nice and helpful. Place is comfy and peaceful. Sauna was the icing on the cake. I can’t wait to have an excuse to go back. Plus dog friendly!

Tim’s place was very clean, close to Lake Geneva’s downtown, and he was very accommodating! We came for just a weekend in winter, but I bet it would be even better in summer! We were happy with our stay and would highly recommend!

Great place from a great host. The space is very quiet and serene, and well appointed for a large family with kids. The clubhouse amenities are convenient and well-located, and the use of a golf cart makes everything super-easy. Host was proactively communicative without being intrusive. Everything was clean and the place was well-appointed. We will certainly consider returning in the future.

This home is in a beautiful wooded area near the golf course in Abbey Springs. The house is lovely. We enjoyed the wood-burning fireplace and the open-concept main floor. We had a group of seven, including three children, and there was plenty of space, thanks in part to the fact that each of the three bedrooms has at least one extra bed, and there's even a trundle bed in one of the rooms, so it can sleep four people comfortably. We got plenty of use out of the pool and grill at the rec center. We hope to return soon!

Perfect retreat for our family of 4 to get offline and outdoors. The condo was everything we needed and more. From snacks and wine left for us, a full kitchen with dishwasher, plush linens and the fluffiest towels, we felt right at home. The golf cart and club access was incredible to have. The kids stayed busy with plenty to do and were super cozy at days end. We will definitely visit again!

This place was absolutely perfect for a wedding in the area. It’s close to the action and the breakfast at Abbey Springs was delicious. Beds are comfy, couches are even comfier, and the screened porch allowed for peaceful vibes on an early fall weekend. Nancy and Fred’s accommodations were perfect and I can’t thank them enough!

Celebrated a bachelorette weekend here and loved this awesome air bnb. Spacious, clean, with lots of games to play. As well as 3 showers, which was great for a group of 6 women! These hosts thought of everything when it came to kitchen appliances, utensils, and supplies. The Abbey Springs’ clubhouse was quiet, with a very clean pool, hot tub, and locker room. Also felt like a very safe community, everyone needed to check in with security at the gate before entry. Would definitely recommend for a group or family stay!

This house was perfect for what we needed. I was impressed with the quality of items that were provided (blankets, shower towels, beach towels, life jackets, etc). The house was very clean. There was ample parking. It was easy to get around the compound. It took roughly 10 minutes to walk to the beach, volleyball courts, basketball courts, and even less to get to the pool. If you take the golf cart, it takes even less time. If you are into deer, they are right in front of the house at almost all hours of the day! Would recommend this house for a family of 4.

Nicholas's place was an incredible find for us. It was our first time in Lake Geneva, and he provided excellent recommendations that we used throughout the weekend. The walkability was unbeatable, and could not imagine staying elsewhere moving forward. The quirky decor in the suite made us feel like we were in a movie, and the description was exactly accurate. Check in could not have been easier and he even allowed us to check in a little bit early with short notice from us. Could not recommend this place more!

A very comfortable lake house! Fantastic view and access to the lake. Fully furnished kitchen makes cooking any meal as easy as at home. Plenty of space for guests to spread out. Host is responsive and accommodating.

Demitri's place was comfortable and cozy. The commute to the Metra was short and convenient. The place was clean and lives up to the pictures.

The house was perfect for our November stay for our family of 5 plus hosting my parents and sister and her son for Thanksgiving dinner. We used every amenity provided from the hot tub to the pool table to the dart board. The large dining room table was big enough to seat all of us for dinner with plenty of soft seating areas and TVs for spreading out and relaxing before and after. The location on Lake Benedict is private and quiet, but you're just a few minutes from restaurants and grocery stores. I'll definitely keep this on my list for future visits to the area.
