This house was just as described. Clean, well equipped, great location, and everything functioned as it should. Would definitely consider staying here again on a future trip to SGI. A unique plus were the bed linens! Very comfortable!

We stayed for a week and had a great time. Very relaxing, and it felt like we were right at home. Renee was responsive and very helpful. We also were very impressed with how clean and taken care of everything was. We’ve never been fans of “tourist” Florida, so this was perfect. Not too far from Port St Joe for groceries and other amenities. We went to the local mart a few times, and they welcomed us as though we were locals. We would absolutely stay here again!

Great place - they are going through some upgrades and I think we caught it in the middle but should be perfect for the next guest. We had everything we needed inside to cook a big Thanksgiving meal! Loved open floor plan to always be able to talk to each other

David was very accommodating and friendly. The white squirrel cottage was perfect for me! I love the peace and quiet here

Home was comfortable and efficient, easy walk to the beach, easy access to pool. Beach was beautiful and felt very private. Worked wonderfully for our spring break trip with kids. Owners were extremely responsive and wonderful to communicate with. Would definitely rent again!

This was our 2nd year at Gina's house and we love it! it's cozy and in a quiet neighborhood and she is super sweet and helpful!

Shellie's family summer home was great! Happy Hibiscus is and older home with lots of charm and character. It has a very private back yard, a short walk to the beach (about a block), nice pool, large screened porch, easy access, tons of room (3 floors) and very peaceful. This is a laid back community with no through highway so the the traffic is minimal. The bay side beach is also close by (2 blocks) and a nice option if winds are making the gulf side uncomfortable. Beautiful white sand on both sides stretch for many miles (25+ on the gulf side alone). Go to Paddy's for live music, good food and raw oysters. Great vibe with lots of covered outdoor seating and a bonfire. Don't forget to visit Apalachicola. Very interesting shops and bars. The Station always has fantastic oysters. Visit the Apalachicola National Estuarine Research Reserve just over the bridge(3 aquariums). It's worth the stop. Shellie is quick to respond to any needs that arise. Thank you for making my stay memorable!

Cheri's place was fantastic, we loved it!! First of all the location couldn't be beat. The only way you could be closer to the beach (which is gorgeous by the way and completely visible from anywhere you would want to have or make a cup of coffee within the house) is if you were physically camping on it. We walked it at dusk and dawn and one night saw both dolphins and a sting ray swimming from the shore. The house itself had every possible thing we could think of amenity wise, we were all blown away by the level of thought and attention to detail that went into making sure anything we might need was nearby (beach supplies, games, heck even a telescope and let me tell you the stars were beautiful at night). Cheri was wonderful as a host and constantly in touch with me/very quick to respond, very thoughtful as well, we had small children with us who were visiting the beach for the first time and she helped make the trip very special for them. 😊
