Excellent spot with super easy check-in/check-out and fabulous amenities. The front desk staff were very helpful. The shower water could have been a bit hotter. Overall ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

We loved our week long stay at Xavier's place. The condo was beautiful and comfortable and our hosts always responded promptly to our questions and requests. The beds were extremely comfortable! We also enjoyed the beautiful pools and delicious drinks from the pool bar. Across the street there is a great little shop to get coffee and pastry as well as a yummy gelato place! Easy walk to 5th avenue and the beach. Definitely recommend!

We loved it very much. Very convenient location. Great condo with everything you need. Ver safe, did not have any issues. We were busy everyday so we did not use the roof top amenities, but I am sure it is great. Well maintained building. Will recommend to any family Cheers

Asaf was an amazing communicator from the get-go. His 3 bedroom condo is just beautiful, sits in a corner on the second floor( elevator close by) and has a lovely view from the covered terrace. The private gated community of Playacar embraces one from the minute we arrived. Where the AWA condos are not on the beach, the walk is about 15 to 30 minutes through an archeological reserve and was very easy for us 75 year olds. Strollers will not make it through the reserve, nor will bikes which are parked just outside the entry through the wooded reserve. This would be the ONLY downside of staying in a condo vs an all inclusive beach resort for twice the money. AWA has the most spectacular pool I’ve ever seen, with various parts to it. Hot tub and jacuzzis (2), fountains, wading pools and swimming areas. The kid’s room is great. Air-conditioned with lots of toys to entertain the kids. The apartment is large enough for our family of five-3 bedrooms and bath, living room/ kitchen,terrace

Angelica truly outdid herself as a host. She puts so much thought and care into making sure her guests feel comfortable. She responded to any of my messages within minutes, and gave us so much great advice and recommendations. Her place made for a lovely stay in Puerto Aventuras.

This was one of the most unique Airbnb's I've stayed in, for sure! There was a nice quiet private pool for the unit, and on the roof is a massive pool and hot tub for the whole building, with a stunning view of the town and the ocean. The location was also incredibly convenient, there are plenty of restaurants and bars nearby. A block west and you are on the Quinta Avenida, a few blocks to the east and you will be at the beach. There are also countless stores like 7-Elevens nearby in case you ever need anything. The staff members inside the building were some of the nicest people ever too! Just note that guests must wear a wristband throughout the duration of their stay. The shower and the bathroom were also a bit narrow, but manageable if you are steady. Overall, it was a great time.

Le logement d'oscar est très accueillant et reposant. Nous voulions visiter les alentours de Playa del Carmen et c'est l'emplacement parfait car loin de l'agitation. Nous avons adoré passer du temps sur sa terrasse, les matelas sont très confortables, la douche à une belle pression et l'eau bien chaude, parfait. La piscine est magnifique, comme nous le décrit notre hôte. Oscar a été très attentionné et bienveillant, nous recommanderons sans aucune hésitation aux prochaine voyageurs. Merci Oscar.

El departamento está precioso el área de Alberca muy bien el área de playa un poco de piedra pero no nos causó problema, el departamento bastante completo

Ótimo apartamento em Playa del Carmen. Perto da quinta avenida a pé, conta com estacionamento e tem um amplo espaço. Prédio com porteiro. Camas confortáveis. Só tivemos um pequeno imprevisto com a agua quente que não esquentou. Mas ótimo atendimento do León, sempre prestativo.

We had a great stay at Rose’s place. The condo and amenities were great and the pool area is fantastic. Rose is a wonderful host that goes out of her way to help with everything. She is very responsive and gets back to you right away if you have any questions or concerns. A true superhost.

Sehr zu empfehlen. Direkt an der 5th Avenue und Deena hat sich sehr bemüht sich für einen Tag sogar einen Parkplatz in der Tiefgarage kostenlos organisiert. Das Zimmer war sehr gepflegt und tolle Einrichtung (tolle weiche Laken und Handtücher). Wir haben am selben Tag spontan gebucht und wir haben sofort eine Nachricht bekommen. Es hat alles wunderbar funktioniert.

Perfect place for everything you need in Playa Del Carmen ; Spent 7 days and this place is exactly the accommodation needed. Host was a pleasure & was communicative. Place was clean and neat and had all the things we needed it to have (Fridge, Toaster, Sink, Coffee Maker, TV) -- Balcony was amazing to use and relax on. Has air conditioning. HAS HAIR DRYER for the ladies. Supplies a range of towels (4) -- If you're reading this, just click book, it's worth. Click the days you need and click BOOK NOW. 9.75 out of 10 -- the .25 is the shower water pressure was lacking, but I am a spoiled 1st world country person with an amazing shower, this was definitely good enough haha

Super recomendable!!!. La zona es hermosa, tranquila y muy segura. Cuenta con doble guardia de seguridad, una al ingreso general y otra al ingreso de la privada. Con su club de deportes muy completo! Nosotros fuimos en familia y alquilamos un auto (fundamental). La ubicación nos resultó muy cómoda y pudimos conocer toda la zona. La casa es tal cual se muestra en las fotos y en la descripción. Muy amplia y cómoda, con todo lo que se necesita para pasarla bien y sentirse como en casa. Alonso es excelente anfitrión. muy amable y siempre atento a las necesidades y dudas. Realmente muy conformes y agradecidos. Esperamos poder regresar en otra ocasión.

Excelente! mi familia y yo amamos el lugar, sumamente cómodo y bonito, limpio y ordenado! Fue justo lo que necesitábamos, tanto la casa como la zona muy tranquilas y Juan Manuel siempre muy amable, atento y disponible, listo para apoyarnos en cualquier momento, así como el personal muy amable también. 100% recomendado, sin duda alguna lo elegiría nuevamente.

El alojamiento de Angela es magnifico, porque es una casa muy cuidada en detalles, muy limpia, realmente te sientes como en casa, la decoracion es muy agradable y te sientes muy agusto. Me fascino la ubicacion porque esta muy cerca de xcaret, xplore, y otros parques, hay centros comerciales y supers relativamente cerca. Hay alberca en el privado, es seguro. Angela esta muy al pendiente de lo que necesites.

Parfait séjour dans ce Condo à mi chemin entre Cancun et Tulum. Idéal pour découvrir la région. Hôte réactif, et arrangeant. Résidence bien équipée : piscine, jeux pour enfants, salle de sport. Appartement spacieux, confortable et bien équipé. À recommander ++

Juan's place is great if you're looking for a safe, quiet, luxurious stay. Everything was clean and as described, the gated community is relaxed and family-friendly with great amenities like access to the sports club. Had excellent communication with Juan, made me feel very welcome and he could help me out with any question. I didn't mind the location at all, a 20 minute ride on the e-bike to the center was fine in exchange for staying in the more relaxed and peaceful environment. I'd come back anytime!
