Thank you Lisa! From the moment we arrived we settled straight in. Everything we could possibly need from all kitchen utensils, cooking equipment, plenty of extra towels, bedding, cleaning products, toilet rolls, even a toothbrush in the little bathroom drawer! We loved the garden and even enjoyed picking apples from the tree and cooking them. I have already recommended your lovely house to other people and would definitely return if in the area. Thank you

Really lovely big home that was modern and clean and everything seemed new. The host was super helpful and friendly and really responsive. This place is easily walkable to the town and sea front though those with mobility problems might find hilly Filey difficult! Would recommend the gluten free fish and chips from the corner place and bella Italia restaurant.

Great few days in this lovely little cottage . Within walking distance of our favourite restaurant (a bit in the dear side but great food ) we walked to the beach around a mile or so from the cottage. John was always quick to respond to any messages via air B&B and also let us know we could get in a little earlier than originally stated. Slight down side can be a little noisy from the road through the village but to be expected due to its position. It didn’t really give us any issues. Full of modern appliances and a modern kitchen. We will definitely be back.

We had a great stay in Elliot’s house and were lucky to enjoy fabulous weather. The location was perfect, the town centre was so busy and it was nice to walk the 10 minutes to get a bit of space and great to be able to park straight outside. We enjoyed lots of walks and sightseeing and a few drinks in the Endeavour!

13 chase side is super clean, comfortable and a real home from home. On arrival there was a welcome hamper, milk in the fridge, heating was on (easily adjustable), and there were clear instructions for house rules and free WiFi also free parking in front of the property. The beds are really comfy! Lidl is just a 10 min walk down the road/2 min drive and the city centre is just a short drive away. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would love to be back in the future!

Great house, this was our second visit and so would definitely recommend. A really spacious property, well furnished and equipped, incrrdibly comfortable, and a brilliant location.

Samantha was a massive help in responding so quickly to our booking request! After our original accommodation with another provider got cancel on the check in day, Samantha saved the day. The accommodation was more than big enough for our group of 10 and had everything we needed. There was a coop shop just a quick walk away which was perfect for picking up some groceries. We had a great stay! Thank you!

Lovely flat. Very central to city centre. On a quiet road, so very peaceful. Furnished to a high standard. Would highly recommend to anyone staying in York.

We had a lovely weekend break at Marks place. There were 4 adults, 3 teenagers & one dog & the flat was big enough to accommodate us all. We found it comfortable, clean & well equipped with all you would need for a short break or longer. It was in a great position near Peasholm Park/North Bay & within walking distance of the town centre. There was also plenty of parking availability right outside & permits were provided. Mark was also a great host - very responsive & friendly. We would definitely return to stay again!

A lovely place with a lot of room, exactly as described in the listing! Everything was clean and the host was very communicative, ensuring that we had checked in ok. Great place for our stay as we were working in the local area.

Perfect location, easy to walk to all the best spots in York. Beautiful, charming and spacious apartment for one or two people. I didn’t use the kitchen but it looked well equipped with ample counter space and seating. Bed was very comfy. Would stay here again

We had a very nice stay in Carole’s place. The apartment is spacious and well appointed and in a great location just a few minutes walk from the train station and city walls. Highly recommended!

Lovely apartment, clean and comfortable. It’s located right in the centre which was very convenient, also with easy walking distance to the train station. Frank gave very clear instructions for check in and out. Well worth the cost. I would definitely stay here again.

The apartment is exactly as described. lovely roomy lounge/kitchen with comfortable seating. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed. There were teabags, coffee, milk and treats left for us.....very much appreciated. The beds were super comfy and both bathrooms were of good standard and very clean with toiletries.....There were books games and music available. We agreed we'd all be very happy to stay at Alison's apartment again...Alison was very contactable.

First time using an Airbnb, I always prefer self catering so sounded ideal. Perfect location for us as we were visiting a Pool competition in the Spa Theatre, it was only a 10 minute walk. The flat was perfect, very comfortable and very clean. We were able to park right outside the property. Unless you wanted to explore further out, everything you need for a short stay was only a five minute drive away. The flat provided everything you needed and Is definitely worth a visit. The only warning I'd give is beware of the seagulls taking a dislike to your car ! Overall, great wee place and very good price. Would definitely recommend Yips Chinese Restaurantfor food, outstanding quality.

Just one night but a perfect one night. Mesmerising views over South Bay, never turned on the TV, the view was enough. Apartment was exceptional, everything you could need. Dined at India, just down Castle Road, and the food and service were both very good. Breakfast at The Lookout on the Pier, as per Andrea’s recommendation and that too was excellent.

We stayed at Jame's place as we were going to an event at Bridlington Spa. The location was central for the town, seafront, harbour and Bridlington Spa. We were met by Tina who was very friendly and helpful. James pre-booked parking for us which was only 5 minutes walk away. The apartment suited our needs and we have booked to stay again later in the year.

With years of stays under our belts, I can honestly say this ranks as one of the absolute best. Always responsive, happy to help, cheerful hosts. The apartment - I mean how often do you get two spotless well sized bathrooms?? It’s right across the bridge from downtown- which means 5 min away from everything and yet quiet and peaceful. Cannot say enough good things about this place - thank you so much!

Perfect location for a visit to York, everything within walking distance. Clean, comfortable accommodation, with all the amenities required. We would definitely book again, if we come back to York.

We spent 2 nights at the apartment. Everything was as described. The location is fantastic within a beautiful holiday village and only 5 mins walk to the amazing never ending sandy beach which is absolutely perfect for your four legged friend. Filey is only 5 mins drive with lovely shops and restaurants and bustling Scarborough only a 15 mins drive. Will definitely be back!

Ken was a great host, the apartment was as described and it was lovely to see supplies in the kitchen if needed. Fresh milk was a lovely touch. Plenty of towels, no issues with hot water. A great find and would definitely stay again when visiting family. Lovely to look out over the marina.

Perfecte locatie! Alles wat we wilden zien/doen was op wandelafstand. De parkeerplaats is erg handig. Het is aan de krappe kant maar onze grote auto (VW Multivan T7 lange versie) pastte er net in. De woning is erg schoon en had alles wat we nodig hadden. Wij zouden hier zonder twijfel opnieuw willen verblijven.
