This place was awesome. I travel every week for work so i wanted something other than a cramped up hotel room. This place was beautifully decorated, spacious, and smelled amazing as i walked through the door. It felt like a home away from home and I can’t wait to stay here again.

Perfect location if you want to be close to downtown and the football stadium. The place looked like the pictures, beds were comfortable, and there were plenty of towels and additional linens. The hosts were very communicative and polite.

Cool “Loft style” stay in the heart of the action! As shown and described. Easy in and out. Parking is a bit pricey, but appears to be the trend across the Broadway area of Nashville now. Might be worth it to park outside the area and ride share over to start the stay. Everything you want to do is easily walkable. Printers Alley is directly behind the building and Broadway is blocks away. Starbucks is next door for morning coffee with plenty of dining options close by.

I’m already missing the comfortable bed and pillows. I slept better during our 4 nights there than I have in a long time. The house was clean and as described. The hosts were proactive and quick to respond to any questions. We had a little trouble finding the entrance but we arrived when it was dark. Most ride share pickups occurred out on the main street closest to the entrance to the townhouse. The sofa could use an upgrade but we didn’t spend enough time “at home” for it to be an issue. Getting to most of the destinations in Nashville only took a quick 10-15 minutes via Uber or Lyft. In the bedroom where we stayed, there was a standing fan which we appreciated for the air circulation and the small amount of white noise it provided. The bathroom also had a magnifying mirror. Hallelujah!! Thank you! If we ever come back to Nashville, we will definitely see if this townhouse is available.

I booked Debra and Chloe's place mainly because of the excellent cancelation policy, but it exceeded my expectations! Traveling solo for work, this was the perfect spot. Very safe neighborhood and within walking distance of dinner (Lockeland Table) and breakfast (Frothy Monkey). Incredibly easy for Uber to find as well for swift travel downtown and to the airport. The cottage was super cozy and the bed SO comfortable. I would 100% stay here again and recommend this place to a friend :)

We had a great time staying at Autumn's place. It is just as described. It is very clean and decorated beautifully. We loved hanging out on the screened in back porch. The hot tub did get a leak while we were there so we were unable to use it which was disappointing. However, Autumn responded quickly to my text and refunded some money to us. She is a very attentive host. The house is also in a quiet area and a short drive to many bars and restaurants, stores etc.

La casa de Roxie era espaciosa, bien surtida y hermosa. Tenía un gran ambiente tan pronto como entramos en la casa. Disfrutamos leyendo sobre la historia y mirando los recuerdos de la casa. Tienes una idea real de quién es "Roxie". La comunicación fue rápida e incluyó todo lo que necesitábamos saber. Teníamos nuestro perro con nosotros y él también estaba cómodo. Le encantó caminar por el vecindario y el patio trasero. El destacado de esta propiedad es la hermosa cocina bien surtida y todas las opciones para dormir/dormitorio. Por supuesto, la ubicación 12 South no se puede superar. También necesito mencionar el lugar que habíamos reservado previamente cancelado en el último minuto y el servicio de atención al cliente de Airbnb fue genial al trabajar con Roxie para reservar el bungalow Ashwood y hacerlo bien, ya que tenía muchas necesidades específicas. Roxie fue capaz de acomodarnos amablemente con poco tiempo de anticipación.
