Sip wild-foraged apple ciders in the Catskills

At Left Bank Ciders, we forage wild apples from the Catskill Mountains, making small-batch hard ciders and meads that celebrate this region’s abundant wild apple trees. Go behind the scenes of the cider-making process while sampling a curated flight of our ciders. • Start with a welcome glass of one of our signature pours while we share our approach to making ciders as stewards of the earth. • You’ll take a guided tour of our 19th-century fermentation cellar, where you’ll observe the cider-making steps: from wild apple foraging and fermentation to aging and bottling. • Gather at our communal table, where you’ll enjoy a curated flight of ciders, each paired with light snacks, while learning about cider flavor profiles, styles, and pairing suggestions. You’ll leave thinking that apples might just be the coolest fruit in the world (like we do!) and with a newfound appreciation of the region’s wild apple heritage.
